But I definitely will give a look around online for it, and at the library as well. :D Thanks for the heads up on it!Victoriahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15421844281278238230noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1752855258202377816.post-3917177426928259682008-08-29T14:10:00.000-07:002008-08-29T14:10:00.000-07:00oh yes it is such a combo of all three...but the s...oh yes it is such a combo of all three...but the story is the most important to me.

great answer!!!bethany (dreadlock girl)https://www.blogger.com/profile/02565178664993925800noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1752855258202377816.post-81919977675698891242008-08-29T06:19:00.000-07:002008-08-29T06:19:00.000-07:00Hi there!Well for me, the story has to be gripping...Hi there!

Well for me, the story has to be gripping. It has to keep me glued to the pages, to every sentence and every word. I also like to keep guessing the plot and how it'll all end! :DJosettehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16398849417612962089noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1752855258202377816.post-25476538431618503662008-08-28T17:52:00.000-07:002008-08-28T17:52:00.000-07:00Yummy! I see why you picked up on my pie/filling example, and I guess I see why it ran across my mind. I guess I think in food!

But you are totally right in, it does depend. I think I automatically think in terms of what I read most, but it can vary a little bit according to the genre.Nicole (Linus's Blanket)https://www.blogger.com/profile/12473607646939202824noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1752855258202377816.post-31835837805747850302008-08-28T16:37:00.000-07:002008-08-28T16:37:00.000-07:00I agree with you. I came across them a few years ago when I decided I wanted to read more classics, and I completely fell in love with the period and the ways he solved the crimes/mysteries, and the villains and of course, Holmes and his ever faithful friend Watson. I can't even begin to count how many times I've thought to myself how I'd love to be on Baker Street. :)

Thanks for the comment!Victoriahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15421844281278238230noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1752855258202377816.post-9081825536016623592008-08-28T09:46:00.000-07:002008-08-28T09:46:00.000-07:00Great answer! I need one or the other, story or characters- I love memoirs and slow, character-driven books but a great page-turner is hard to turn down :-)Marie Cloutierhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14938166831865436287noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1752855258202377816.post-29506087351312118372008-08-28T06:55:00.000-07:002008-08-28T06:55:00.000-07:00Yep, it's the story.Yep, it's the story.SmilingSallyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10479373067844173653noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1752855258202377816.post-38321337653560753212008-08-28T06:54:00.000-07:002008-08-28T06:54:00.000-07:00Yep, I guess it depends on what books I read. And it helps if I like the characters, although I can still like the story even if I don't like the characters most of the time. Thanks for stopping by my blog!
